Hi there, I am James Navarro. Before joining Ruane Attorneys, I worked as a Customer Support Specialist at an education technology company, where I helped with scheduling concerns, virtual classroom support, enrollments, and technical troubleshooting. My personal hobbies are eating and making delicious food, then I unwind by playing video games and/or watching movies. 

At Ruane, I’m the friendly voice you hear when you call in. As the receptionist, I screen potential clients and connect them with our intake team if we can assist them. I also coordinate with our legal team to ensure clients can speak to their lawyers and manage text messages, making sure they get to the right department.

A quote that really resonates with my work philosophy is, “This too shall pass.” It reminds me that no matter how tough things get, they will eventually improve, and I always strive to find solutions to ensure a positive outcome.

I’m a huge dog person! Dogs just have this incredible ability to empathize with you. The saying “a dog is a man’s best friend” is spot-on—they truly care for you and are always there by your side.
