I called Lady DUI because I hear a lot of good things about them. After having my drivers license permanently suspended about a year ago I began the appeals process. I did most of the leg work myself and found it difficult to navigate through and around the Red Tape of the DMV. Last month I decided to retain the Services of the Firm and was appointed Attorney Phil Vetro. Attorney Vetro was great! Anytime I had any questions or concerns Attorney Vetro and the entire team actually was very gracious, professional and courteous. Where it would take me days of being on hold for hours at a time Attorney Vetro would get an answer to me that same day in a matter of hours. The professional relationships the Firm has built over the years were evident and I along with other defendants bear the fruits of their hard work. I had my hearing with the Commissioner of DMV in CT last week and just received notice that I will receive my drivers license back and the Lifetime Permanent Revocation was reversed.
